Shin In Geun was an internment camp prisoner in North Korea from his birth. His father was sent to the camp because his brothers had escaped to South Korea. Shin In Geun was supposed to spend his entire life in the camp, redeeming his ‘bad blood’. However, he managed to flee. Blaine Harden, a U.S. journalist, wrote a book about him, entitled ‘Escape from Camp 14’. The ‘Argument’ presents the former prisoner’s life story.
